Payment will be done up front and via Paypal or Bank transfer
The client will receive a sketch and has the opportunity to revise it three times. The client has the right for minor edits when the commission is done (e.g. eye colour is wrong, small accessory missing, etc)
Usually commissions will be delivered within 1-3 weeks (depending on size and effort). The final artwork will be delivered digitally, or if the client opts for shipping for a traditional piece or sticker sheets, commissions will be shipped via post. The artist will inform the client about the shipping costs and delivery times.
Commissions are for personal use only. The client may not sell purchased commissions or put them on merchandise without having purchased a commercial rights license. Commercial license can be purchased by notifying the artist.
The client may not use AI to make new artworks, poses and animations using the artist’s commissions.
All works created are the Artist's and Client’s rights. Both parties can freely use the work for their personal use. The artist may use your commission to advertise their service. Artist's credit & permission might be needed.
If the artist hasn’t started the commission, the client may receive a full refund. Has the commission already been started, the client can request a refund of 70% of the original purchase price. No refunds after the artwork has been delivered to the client.
